These terms apply to all bounce house and party rentals from Plethora Party Rentals ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a rental with us, you ("the renter") agree to these terms. A separate rental agreement and liability waiver must also be signed before delivery.
A deposit is required to reserve your date. Your date is not held until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due before or at the time of delivery and setup.
Deposits are non-refundable, but they are transferable — if you need to cancel, your deposit can be applied to a new rental date, subject to availability. Please give us as much notice as possible so we can rebook your original date.
For safety, bounce houses cannot be operated in rain or high winds. If bad weather is expected on your event date, we will work with you to reschedule for another available date, and your deposit will transfer to the new date. We reserve the right to cancel or not set up the unit if weather conditions are unsafe.
We accept PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, and debit or credit cards through those services. Payment details are arranged directly with you when we confirm your booking. We do not store any card information.
Setup and breakdown are included with your rental. A delivery fee applies based on your event location and is quoted when you book. The renter is responsible for providing a clear, flat, accessible setup area free of rocks, sharp objects, and debris, and access to a standard power outlet within reach of the unit (or notifying us in advance if a generator is needed).
Adult supervision is required at all times while the unit is in use. Renters and guests must follow all posted safety rules, including: no shoes, no sharp objects, no food, drinks, or silly string inside the unit, and no use during rain or high winds. Occupancy and age/size guidelines must be followed. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse or failure to supervise.
The renter is responsible for the unit while it is in their possession. The renter agrees to pay for repair or replacement costs, up to the full replacement value of the unit, for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow the safety rules. Normal wear is expected and not charged. Before-and-after condition may be documented with photos.
Use of the bounce house is at the renter's and guests' own risk. A signed rental agreement and liability waiver is required before use. These website terms do not replace that agreement; where they differ, the signed agreement controls.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
